1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of fun77 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, each of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. fun77 operates a strict 21+ policy across all products. Providing false date-of-birth information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2. Residency: You must be an individual resident of Indonesia or otherwise located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling platforms of this nature is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are acting under guardianship, you are not eligible to register.

3 Account Registration

3.2 One Account per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one fun77 Account. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one Account — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, fun77 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any bonus funds, and withhold any winnings generated through bonus play pending investigation.

3.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. fun77 will never ask you to disclose your password — any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to fun77 support immediately. All activity undertaken using your Account credentials is your sole responsibility unless you have reported the compromise of your credentials to fun77 in advance of the activity occurring.

3.4 Accurate Information

Any material change in your personal circumstances — including a change of registered email address or mobile number — must be updated in your Account settings promptly. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

fun77 is required to verify the identity and age of all Players before processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process is a one-time requirement and, once completed, enables automated withdrawal processing without further manual review.

4.2 Verification Timeframe

4.3 Consequences of Failed Verification

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

fun77 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). fun77 does not apply currency conversion and does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via local bank transfer or Indonesian e-wallet are credited to your fun77 Balance instantly in normal operating conditions. fun77 does not charge deposit fees. Any fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside fun77's control and are your responsibility. A minimum deposit threshold applies and is displayed in the Cashier section at the time of transaction.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from KYC-verified Accounts are processed within minutes for e-wallet methods and within one to four hours for local bank transfers during normal operating hours. fun77 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. 5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• If a Player withdraws Real-Money Funds while an active bonus is in progress, fun77 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and remove associated Bonus Funds from the Balance prior to processing the withdrawal.

5.5 Player-Funded Transactions Only

fun77 does not accept deposits made on behalf of a Player by a third party. Any deposit identified as originating from a source other than the Account holder's own registered payment method may result in the deposit being reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by fun77 are subject to specific terms that are published in full before a Player opts in. These terms include but are not limited to: the wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier, the games eligible to contribute toward the wagering requirement and their respective contribution percentages, the bonus expiry period, and the maximum withdrawal amount applicable to winnings derived from Bonus Funds.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

7 Gameplay Rules

7.1 Game Integrity

8 Prohibited Conduct

9 Intellectual Property

11 Limitation of Liability

fun77 expressly excludes liability for:

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by fun77's negligence.

12 Account Termination

12.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your fun77 Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by using the self-exclusion tools available in your Account settings. Closure requests are actioned on the same business day. Any Real-Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after deducting any Bonus Funds and associated wagering-requirement-derived amounts that have not been converted to withdrawable Real-Money Funds.

12.2 Termination by fun77

fun77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, without prior notice, where:

• The Player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms;

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
